Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Connect Travel Services ("CTS Morocco", "we") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We are based in Marrakech, Morocco, and follow Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

01What we collect

Only what you enter in our forms, plus what is needed to run the site:

  • Booking: your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers, suitcases and child seats, flight number and any special requests.
  • Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, subject and message.
  • Technical data: your IP address is processed briefly to block spam and abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

02Why we use it

  • To confirm, organise and carry out your transfer or tour, including calling or messaging you about it.
  • To answer your questions.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • To protect the site against spam and misuse.

03Who we share it with

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the services that help us provide the booking:

  • Your assigned chauffeur, who receives the details needed for your trip.
  • Our email provider, which delivers booking and contact emails.
  • Our website hosting provider, and the secure spreadsheet our team uses to manage bookings.
  • OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): when you type an address or use "Use my location", the text you type or your approximate coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap to suggest addresses.

04Stored in your browser

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a few small items in your own browser:

  • Your language choice (a cookie) and light/dark display preference.
  • An unfinished booking form, kept only until you close the tab, so a refresh does not lose it.

05How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for your trip and for our legal and accounting obligations, and for no more than 5 years after your last trip. Contact messages are deleted within 2 years if they did not lead to a booking.

06Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to alimarrakech.contact@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) in Morocco, or to the data protection authority of your country in the EU.
