Booking Terms

01Booking and confirmation

Submitting the booking form sends us a request; it is not yet a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you, usually within 2 hours, to confirm the details, the vehicle and the price.

Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed these with you. Please check the details we send you and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

02Prices and payment

The price is agreed with you when we confirm your booking. Payment is collected after your ride, in cash, by card or by bank transfer.

For multi-day tours and large group vehicles we may ask for a deposit; if so, we will tell you when we confirm the booking.

03Cancellation and changes

Cancellation is free up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged, up to the full price of the ride; we will tell you the amount when you confirm.

To change or cancel, call +212 671-658281 or reply to your confirmation email, quoting your booking reference.

04Airport pickups

If you give us your flight number, your chauffeur follows your flight and adjusts the pickup time if it lands early or late. Without a flight number we cannot adjust for delays.

05Passengers, luggage and child seats

Please tell us the correct number of passengers and suitcases so we can send a suitable vehicle. For safety, a vehicle cannot carry more people than it has seats.

Child seats are available on request and must be booked in advance.

Seat belts must be worn at all times, and smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.

06Delays and responsibility

We plan every journey with care, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, or for missed flights or connections that result from them. Please allow enough time for important departures.

Please check the vehicle for your belongings before leaving it. We will do our best to return anything left behind.

07Law and contact

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
